Ohhh this is so much fun to think about! Thank you for asking 😊 Let me see…
Well I’m definitely a tech kind of person, so gadgets are my juice. I love my paperwhite kindle and my Samsung tablet, and I read from both. I also have my tablet set up with a portable blue tooth keyboard, which I can use to write if I need.
Then there’s my tablet/PC hybrid T100 which is super portable and I take with me lots of places. My main writing companion, though, is my ASUS X556 laptop. This incarnation has 500 GB SSD drive, which means it starts up in a heartbeat. Je t’aime!
Spotify is my preferred music platform. I use my playlists to rejuvenate my brain when I’m tired and need to do a writing push.
I’ve tried different chairs and desks over the years but my rocker recliner armchair remains my favourite place to write and read. Not great for my posture but the seat is soft! Bed is also good, but not for too long. I get antsy after a while.
Jigsaws are the best antidote to writing fatigue; therefore, they are a MUST. I always have one set up as I write a novel. I like the large ones, but 1000 pieces fit best on my desk, so I’ve had to be practical.
Lastly… believe it or not, cake is also a necessary writing related product. Gluten free, warmed with butter, and a decaf tea. My life’s work is founded on this combination!
Great stuff! Any of your favourites, here?
